Nettle Seed Salt

Ingredients:

• 1/2 a cup nettle seeds

• 1/4 cup salt

Method:

Pick the seeds when they are drooping from the plant. Leave the seeds for a few days to fully dry, before sieving.

Mix the salt and nettle seeds together and store somewhere dry.
